The letter is the owner of Maison Nouic. The hirer is the one who hires Maison Nouic for a certain period. 

Letting

The holiday homes will be let per week, from Saturday 16.00 hrs till Saturday 10.00 hrs, unless differently agreed. 

Payment

For the letter reservations will be definitive, as soon as 25% or more of the total costs have been paid by the hirer to the letter. 

When the hirer has received the confirmation of the letter, 25% of the total costs have to be paid to the letter. The remaining amount has to be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the rental period starts. 

Too late payment gives the letter the right to consider the reservation as cancelled and to let the concerning accommodation to others.  

Cancellation

At cancellation by the hirer, the prepayment of the hirer will not be restituted. 

Bedcloths and linen

You have to take care yourself of the linen (sheets, quilt-covers, pillow-cases, washing-gloves and towels). There is a linen-package available on request, at the price of € 10,00 per person. 

Cleaning (costs)

The house will be cleaned after your departure. This cleaning is obliged. We charge you € 50,00 for it, which amount has to be paid to the contact person. 

Guarantee

The guarantee amounts to € 250,00, to be paid by you to the contact person. This amount will be returned at the end of your holidays, if the house is left behind in the original condition . 

Domestic animals

Domestic animals will only be permitted after consultation in advance with the letter.

Nature

The charm of Maison Nouic is partly stipulated by the beautiful nature. The hirer should respect this nature, maintain the rest and avoid any disturbance or damage to plants, trees of animals. During dry summer times the hirer has to be carelful with open fire (barbecue!). 

Complaints

Should a hirer have any complaint during his stay at Maison Nouic, then he must communicate this immediately to the contact person, sothat the complaints can be solved still during the rental period.
